Refund policy
At Decorinall Haven, we want you to shop with confidence. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we will review your request.
We recommend inspecting your order immediately upon delivery and contacting us promptly if you wish to request a return or report an issue.
We accept return requests submitted within 5 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- the return request must be submitted within 5 days from the date the item is delivered
- the item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition
- the item must be returned in its original packaging, with any tags still attached where applicable
- the customer must provide the order number, receipt, or other proof of purchase
- the item must not be marked as final sale, custom, personalized, made-to-order, or otherwise non-returnable
- the return must be approved by us before the item is shipped back
Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.
How to Request a Return
To request a return, email us at admin@decorinall.com within 5 days of delivery and include:
- your order number
- the item or items you want to return
- the reason for the return
If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and the correct return address.
Please do not send any item back without contacting us first.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please email admin@decorinall.com with:
- your order number
- a description of the issue
- clear photos of the item
- clear photos of the packaging
- clear photos of the shipping label
Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, partial refund, full refund, or another appropriate resolution depending on the situation.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Return Address
The return address may be different depending on the product and fulfillment location. If your return is approved, we will provide the correct return address and return instructions.
Please do not send returned items to the sender address on the package unless we specifically instruct you to do so.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- custom-made or personalized items
- made-to-order items
- final sale or clearance items
- used items
- items not returned in original condition
- items returned without prior approval
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before they have been processed or submitted for fulfillment.
Because some orders are processed quickly, we cannot guarantee cancellation once processing has started.
If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at admin@decorinall.com.
Refused Deliveries and Undeliverable Packages
If a package is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, any refund issued may be reduced by the original shipping cost, return shipping cost, and any carrier or handling fees.
